KCTN Membership

If you are a licensed physician in the state of Kentucky and are interested in conducting lung cancer research in compliance with applicable CFR regulations and ICH & CTN guidelines, you may be eligible for Network Membership.

  • Prospective members must complete and submit the following documents to the KCTN Coordinating Office:
  • - Completed Site/Investigator Questionnaire
    - Signed and dated copy of CV
    - Copy of current KY Medical Licensure
    - Copy of completed Human Subjects Protection Training Certificate
    - Signed Original Network Member Agreement

  • Upon review and verification of the submitted documents, the Network Coordinating Center will arrange a visit with the prospective site. During this meeting a tour of the site’s facilities will be conducted to evaluate the adequacy of the establishment. The Coordinating Center representative will discuss Network Membership and member responsibilities, provide onboarding materials, and ascertain from the prospective Network Member Site if any additional resources are required by the site to conduct studies via the KCTN.
  • The prospective Network Member Site will be informed of official membership once onboarding is complete.
